These go-to business partners, such as Finance, HR, and IT are a strategic imperative for the future of AMCS.
I joined AMCS almost exactly a year ago, and I have to say, I love it! The best part is probably the people; I work with truly talented individuals who have a real passion for the business.
Also, a typical day is never typical - I have turned my hand to a multitude of tasks in my time here, which helps to keep my creative juices flowing. I was responsible for launching the Learning & Development department, which has been both hectic and rewarding. The aim of the game is to empower employees to drive their own development by creating clear learning paths for each role.
I’m currently focused on further developing our continuous learning environment, so that it can adapt to meet the changing needs of the organisation. This makes great use of my prior experience in the fields of L&D and technical support services.
